Stay strong.
The guys are making stuffing to go with lunch today at the office. It’s a huge weakness, I could eat a TON of it. Dying here…it’s going to suck going in there to eat. :(

Week #4 in Review...-1.8 lbs
Changes this week! I signed up for personal training..it’s actually a group of up to 6 people every M/W/F from 5:45 am - 6:45 am. My first class was Friday and I loved it! They kept stressing I won’t see weight loss from there for 5-6 weeks so we’ll see. I’m also adjusting my GW to 136 per my trainer. Once I get there we’ll re-evaluate and adjust as needed.
